Instructions

Basic registration requires you to enter the Delegate Type, and First and Last Name of the delegate. Then you must either enter their Wife's Name, or check the "Single Man" option to indicate that they can share a room.

All of the registration options are explained in detail below.

1. Account Activation

In order to register for conference, you must:

  1. Be an active pastor in the Christian Fellowship Ministries (CFM) Directory.
  2. Have a valid email address listed in the CFM Directory.

If both of the above are true:

  1. Click the Account Activation link (located under the password box on the Home page).
  2. Enter the email address you have listed in the CFM Directory, and click the "Send Account Activation Email" button.
    • You will receive an email with your user name and password.
    • You do not need to change your password from the one provided in the email, but if you would like to do so, use the "Edit Profile" link which will be at the top of the page after you login.

2. Registration

Once you have logged in, the main screen will display the conference registration screen. For each delegate that you wish to register:

  1. Click the "Register New Delegate" button at the top.
  2. Fill in the registration form.
  3. Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the form.

If you need to cancel or delete a delegate's registration, click the Delete ("X") button next to the delegate. This will notify the admin that you'd like to delete the delegate. Once the admin has processed the cancelation (i.e. notified the hotel, etc.), the delegate will automatically disappear from your list.

3. Quick-start instructions

  • Only four pieces are data are required:
    • Delegate Type
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • And either the Wife's Name or the "Can Share Room" checkbox (typically checked for single men).

Complete details and instructions on each field are below.

4. Reservation Confirmation

 

Registering a delegate on this site automatically confirms their reservation for the conference. Therefore, no email confirmation is sent (since it would be redundant).

Bringing No Kids

This checkbox helps verify that the Number of Kids options were not unintentionally overlooked. If no kids have been entered, then you must check this box to confirm that the delegate is bringing no kids.

Can Share Room option

Sometimes a single man who is being discipled may be sponsored as conference delegate. If you are submitting a delegate who is a single man, then check this box. Please note that if you submit a delegate with the Can Share Room option checked, then the Wife Name must be blank.

Delegates with this option checked will be assigned to share a hotel room with another single man delegate.

Please note that delegates who are Pastors or Evangelists who are not bringing their wives do NOT have to check this option (even if the Wife Name field is blank).

If for some reason you are sponsoring a single man who should not share a room, UNCHECK the Single Man option, and type "(none)" into the Wife's Name field. You may also want to explain in the Other Request Details section.

Delegate Type

The Delegate Type is a required field that describes whether the delegate is a Pastor, an Assistant Pastor, an Evangelist, or a Church Member. If their status is changing during the conference, you should choose their status as of the first Monday of conference. (For example, if you are bringing a couple from your church that will be sent out on Friday, they are "Church Member" delegates [because on the first Monday of conference they are not yet actively pastoring].)

Editing and Deleting

Using the Edit and Delete buttons next to each row, you can freely edit or delete your delegate reservations until they are received by the Conference Administrator (i.e. until they are downloaded). Once they are received, the "Received" column will show a check mark.

If you need to edit a reservation after it has been received, you can click here to contact the Conference Administrator (via the Contact Us page).

If you need to cancel a reservation after it is received, simply click the "Delete" ("X" button) next to their name (then click OK). A deletion request will be automatically sent to the conference administrator so please do NOT contact them directly as this is unnecessary and doubles their work.

Extra Hotel Days Before/After Conference

Select the number of extra days before or after conference that you would like your hotel reserved. Monday night through Friday night should NOT be included (since those are the standard conference reservation days).

Examples:

  • If you need a hotel for the Sunday night BEFORE conference, choose "1" in the "Extra Hotel Days Before Conference" box.
  • If you need a hotel for the Saturday and Sunday AFTER conference, choose "2" in the "Extra Hotel Days After Conference" box.

You can choose extra days for both BEFORE and AFTER conference, if necessary.

Handicap Accessible option

Check this option if the delegate requires a handicap-accessible hotel room. If you request a handicap-accessible room, please specify the details in the "Other Request Details" section. For example, "we need a roll-in shower," "we need a first-floor room," etc.

Mobile Device Support

The online registration automatically detects if you are using a mobile phone, and changes the screen layout for a smoother mobile experience.

If you would like to view the regular Desktop site from your phone, you can click the "Desktop Computer Mode" link at the bottom of the page. To switch back to mobile phone mode, click the "Mobile Phone Mode" link at the bottom of the page.

Number of Kids options

These options are important:

  1. To help hotels that serve free breakfast to know how much to prepare.
  2. To help the Children's Church and Nursery workers prepare.

Therefore, if your delegates are bringing kids, please indicate the number of children in each particular age group.

Please note that we only reserve one room per delegate regardless of the age or number of children.

Other Request Details option

Enter any other requests or special needs for the delegate here, as well as early or late arrival or departure details.

Although requests cannot be guaranteed, the conference admin will do their best to accomodate requests, and communicate any issues.

Refrigerator for Medical Needs

Most of the rooms are already equipped with a refrigerator, but this option should be checked if a refrigerator is necessary for medical needs.
